About the Role

As a remote customer service representative at Kaela's Crystals, you will be required to work to partner with our customers and effectively resolve issues via email and chat. Answer questions regarding merchandise, how shipping works, complaints, damage control, or clear any confusion and make sure to reassure the customer. You will also be required to get in contact with UPS or USPS if need be. We will train you on how to handle each unique situation.

In this role, we're looking for someone who has a minimum of at least 1-2 years experience working in customer service. We are looking for someone who is professional and courteous. Our goal is to make sure that we're doing what we can to satisfy our customers by having open communication and reassurance.

In this role you will be required to answer customer emails and chat forms (submitted through wix) via gmail, so you will need to have access to a phone/computer Monday-Friday. We have a set of Shop Policies that are expected to be & must be followed, regardless of the circumstance!

**Schedule is subject to change or could turn into a full-time position**

Salary:
$12.50/hr

Monday: 3:00pm-5:00pm
Friday: 3:00pm-5:00pm

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service.

  • Must be 18 or older to qualify.

  • Have access to a computer/phone Monday-Friday.

  • Strong grammar & communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Demonstrate regular attendance, and be able to respond to customers in a timely manner.
